is okay from t 5 past 270. live conditions here at university. virginia 66 heading eastbound tracking the trip, as well. everything is good from centreville past 50 to the capital beltway. as we take you over to 395 northbound, lanes are wide open. no issues to report making your way from t 5 past shirlington and beyond. back to you. >>> campaign 2010 in the district has led to a new mayor. voters ousted mayor fenty in the democratic primary in favor of city council chairman vincent gray. with 90% of precincts reporting gray leads with 53% of the vote to fenty's 48%. -- 46%. chris fin fisher is live with more. >> this race wasn't called until 2:00 this morning. and gray didn't even give his tip stance speech until a half hour later. so this is a very, very late night for even involved from all the campaign workers here at the headquarters to the campaign itself. vince gray took the stage at 2:30 this morning. this victory virtually assures that gray will be the city's next mayor. after all he has no republican challengers and fenty previously said he will not be a write in candidate.

there traveling in virginia. starting off talking about 95. in you are traveling near spotsylvania county near route 1. accident involving a horse trailer and a tractor-trailer and a truck all involved in a crash having traffic north and southbound sweeping by to the right. the outer loop near the wilson brin. the accident pulled over to the shoulder but traffic rubbernecking past the scene into the sun in the direction of the wilson bridge. crash on the inner loop at braddock also cleared to the shoulder. that's in a delay back at springfield heading north of tysons corner. and 95 has a delay from kenilworth avenue. that's a check of your fox 5 on- time traffic. >>> 7:19 right now. time for a look at some of the other stories making headlines this morning. police say a man in springfield tied up and shot and killed his neighbor because of a dispute over the speed bump. the man broke into the home of steven carr and killed him. the two argued earlier this summer and were supposed to appear in court on thursday. >>> alfonso pittman, the man behind fonzi the clown has been charged with a sex off

are seeing a problem in virginia, 395 southbound right now at route one, a pretty bad accident here. all lanes taken away except the right so there will be traffic heading up to that spot so let's take our live shot here on 395 you can see volume. looks like it's moving a little bit better now than when i was watching five minutes ago so slow from washington boulevard down to the scene. moving onto 270, it's going to be looking nice out there as we move onto our mdot camera. german town to clarksburg. everyone moving at speed. mom and dad should be home in no time on this route. travel times for you and some of the spots still bogging travelers down, 66 still can't break this, close to 20 minutes from 495 to 7100. on the inner loop looks like it's getting better, 12 minutes from 270 over to i-95 in montgomery county. back to you. >>> topper shutt is here with the forecast. >> rain is a strong word. we do have a chance for some showers coming up not tonight, though. in fact here's your forecast first. tonight if you want to go out, fine. in fact, quite spectacular out here. here's your fo
